## What it is

Cursor in Microsoft Teams is an official integration that exposes Cursor Cloud Agents as a Teams app. You install it from the Cursor dashboard's Integrations section, then mention @Cursor in any Teams channel, group chat, or DM with a request like "fix the login bug in my-repo". The integration reads the conversation context, runs against your repository in the background, opens a pull request for review, and posts updates back to the thread.

## How it works

Cursor automatically picks the right repository and model based on the prompt and recent agent activity, so users don't have to specify either. The Cloud Agent runs in Cursor's hosted environment, executes the work autonomously, and reports progress in-thread. Replies in the thread steer the agent or chain follow-up tasks, so a single Teams thread can shepherd an agent through investigate → fix → PR review.

## Why it matters
