Rather than hyperscalers owning every site themselves, Helix offers turnkey capacity that they lock in through long-term contracts.

## Why it matters

AI compute demand is outrunning the buildout cycle for power, permits, and grid interconnects. A dedicated $10B vehicle led by the operator who scaled AWS past $100B in revenue is one of the largest single bets that the bottleneck is shifting from chips to dirt, megawatts, and cooling water.
